Triple eccentric hard seal butterfly valve refers to the closing piece (butterfly plate) for the disc, rotating around the valve shaft to open and close a valve, mainly in the pipeline for cutting and throttling effect.
The disc is driven by the stem and can be opened and closed once if it is rotated 90°.The flow of medium can be controlled by changing the deflection Angle of the butterfly plate.

Commonly used butterfly valves are sandwiched butterfly valve, lug butterfly valve and flange butterfly valve.Butterfly valve is suitable for the production of furnace, gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, hot and cold air, chemical smelting and power generation environmental protection, building water supply and drainage and other engineering systems to transport a variety of corrosive, non-corrosive fluid medium pipeline, used for regulating and cutting off the flow of medium.

Structural features

The valve adopts three eccentric structure, namely in the common metal hard seal double eccentric butterfly valve on the basis of an Angle eccentric.
This Angle is the main purpose of eccentric valve in the process of opening or closing action, any point between the sealing ring and valve seat can quickly release or contact, achieve the seal between the real "friction-free" greatly prolong the service life of the valve, metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts the dynamic balance "radial sealing system,"
Through optimizing design, on both sides of the import and export of butterfly plate stress approximate balance, reliable sealing performance of the valve to import and export at the same time, effectively reduce the valve of the open torque (about two-thirds of normal butterfly valve) butterfly plate sealing ring by sheets of stainless steel materials such as graphite, carbon fiber and PTFE compound and into, give priority to sealed stainless steel sheet, non-metallic interlining for auxiliary seal, this kind of dual sealing structure, make more reliable valve seal, seal leakage registered to ANSI B16.104 grade V or ISQ5208 A level.
Butterfly plate sealing ring is made of graphite/carbon fiber /PTFE and other sandwich materials. Compared with the rubber asbestos plate of ordinary butterfly valve, it is more environmentally friendly, more wear-resistant, more scour resistant and more reliable. It can be opened and closed for 100,000 times without failure.

Dynamic load sealing structure can be selected to make packing durable seal and extend packing maintenance free period.

The stem may be designed to be blowout proof in accordance with AP11609.
