Structural features
Worm wheel type fully welded ball valve adopts fixed ball structure, the upper and lower shaft of the ball are equipped with bearings, small operating torque, the ball of this structure is fixed, does not move after compression, the design has two sealing rings to provide enough pre-tightening force to ensure the sealing, achieve double-sided forced sealing, sealing performance is more reliable.
The machining process of the sphere is tracked and detected by the advanced computer detector, so the machining precision of the sphere is high.
As the material of the valve body is the same as that of the pipe, there will be no uneven stress or deformation due to the earthquake and vehicle passing through the ground. The sealing ring body is made of PTFE material with 20%C(carbon), which ensures no leakage at all (0%).
